Method 1 (Optimal)

Our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients. They are meant to be eaten in approximately 4 weeks. If for some odd reason you do not eat the chocolates before the best by date or you want to store them for later, you can freeze them. To freeze them follow these steps.

  1. Vacuum seal the chocolates just enough to take out the air but not enough to crush the box. If you do not have a vacuum sealer, you can put them in a ziplock bag. If using a ziplock bag squeeze out as much air as possible.

  2. Place the chocolates in the freeze.

  3. When ready to eat the chocolates, remove the chocolates from the freezer (leave in bag) and place in refrigerator for 24 hours.

  4. After 24 hours, take out of the refrigerator (do not open the bag) and leave at room temperature for 24 hours.

  5. After 24 hours open the bag and enjoy your chocolates.

If you just can’t wait 2 days for your chocolates to thaw, you can take a little shortcut. Follow steps 1-2 from above.

  1. When ready to eat the chocolates, remove the chocolates from the freezer (leave in the bag) and place in a cool place for 24 hours.

  2. After 24 hours, remove from the bag and enjoy.

Method 2
(For the impatient)
