While visiting my friend Mark in Ann Arbor, we visited Zingerman’s Coffee where Mark introduced me to about 7 coffees and brewing styles I had never tried. Needless to say I overdosed on caffeine. This espresso truffle is loaded with espresso ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate and topped with an chocolate covered espresso bean.

This was one of the first unique chocolates flavors I tried. I thought “Why would anyone want lavender in chocolate?” Boy was I wrong. Lavender and Honey marry well in this dark chocolate. Probably the second most popular flavor we sell.
